Fire and earth
Aries, Leo and Sagittarius are fire signs, traditionally associated with initiative, enthusiasm and expression. Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn are earth signs, associated with practical attention, steadiness and tangible results. As reflection prompts, ask what needs energy and what needs a workable structure.
Air and water
Gemini, Libra and Aquarius are air signs, associated with ideas, communication and perspective. Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are water signs, associated with feelings, connection and imagination. Ask what needs to be understood and what needs to be acknowledged emotionally.
Use all four questions
You do not need a particular sign to think, feel, act or build. Try bringing all four lenses to one challenge: What matters? What do I understand? What can I begin? What will help me keep going? The categories can organize reflection without defining the limits of a person.
