A free, attributed supplier

Daily, weekly and monthly horoscope text comes from FreeHoroscopeAPI. Its published terms allow commercial and noncommercial use with attribution. The sign profiles, reflection prompts and guides on this site are separate editorial content. We keep that distinction visible so you know what you are reading.

The provider date stays visible

A request can succeed while still returning an older reading. We retain the supplier’s date, compare its daily, weekly or monthly period with the current UTC calendar, and flag an older period. The supplier does not publish a reading timezone in the response, so a daily date can differ from your local date near midnight.

A useful fallback, honestly labeled

We cache successful readings to reduce repeated requests. If the feed fails, an available cached reading can remain visible with a notice; otherwise we show an unavailable state and a retry option. We do not manufacture a replacement forecast or change an old date to make it look current.
